“OMG is your home just perfectly organized??”
As an organizer, people always ask me, “OMG is your home just perfectly organized??”
In a quick response, yes it is organized! But I am human and just like everyone else, it is a work in progress. I moved into a new home not too long ago, and also just like everyone else it takes time to build out systems, figure out how I want to live in my space and get it organized in the way it serves me best. In other words, getting it to that standard you would expect to get from a professional organizer. I’m also human and make messes or don’t always have the energy to put things away and clean up, but when I do, I love how I’ve set up systems where the process is simple and easy and I can easily put things away, especially since everything has a home. I am so proud and love how I’ve transformed my home, but of course, my goal is to get it to a place where as soon as people walk in the door, they immediately know this is a professional organizer’s home. I’ll get to that perfect 10 one day soon, but right now I’m giving myself enough grace and time to accomplish this goal!
