Hi, I’m Hannah, Founder + Lead Organizer for HGO. It’s a pleasure to meet you!

One winter break during college, I had a sudden urge to reorganize my childhood room and get rid of 20 years-worth of schoolwork, clothes, toys, all of it (don’t worry, all but the keepsakes). My mom, with good intention, always taught me the value of keeping and cherishing every piece of schoolwork just in case I’d need it in the future. I started to see that too much stuff can be overwhelming, counterproductive and actually had been weighing me down. This sudden desire to organize turned out to be the first time in my life I had felt in control and in my element. As I shredded 20 years of stuff, I didn’t realize the process would lead to my true passion.

I began organizing and designing spaces for friends and family and before I knew it, I was looking up ways to become an organizer and designer and somehow turn my passion into a career.

Now that you know a little more about me, I’d love to learn about you. HGO mainly serves Houston and Austin, Texas but offers virtual packages as well.
